Also, listen to your body as you begin a workout regime that includes running, jogging or interval training. Allowing your body to dictate the intensity of your workout can prevent injury or stress to your legs and muscles. Also, make sure you take the time to warm up and cool down after each workout to gain the most health benefits from your workout.
